Copper Clad Solutions a custom engineering firm with nearly 75 years of combined experience across the manufacturing industry. Our team brings a practical, hands-on understanding of how products are designed, built, automated, and supported on the factory floor.
Our capabilities span nearly every aspect of modern manufacturing—from precision machining and fabrication to injection molding, automated equipment, and robotic work cells. We design and integrate electrical control systems and embedded electronics, develop software across multiple programming platforms, and apply deep expertise in industrial networking, IT systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and refrigeration.
Beyond technical execution, we place a strong emphasis on automation strategy and manufacturing cost analysis. We evaluate processes not only for performance and reliability, but also for efficiency, scalability, and total cost of ownership. By considering labor, materials, cycle time, maintenance, and long-term operational impact, we help our customers make informed engineering decisions that improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.

THE TEAM
Josh McCullough
Founder & CEO
Josh holds degrees in Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) and Industrial Engineering, with coursework in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ergonomics, and optimal plant layout and functionality. His background in CIM includes the integration of automation, controls, and manufacturing data systems to improve efficiency and reliability on the production floor. He brings over 20 years of experience, along with hands-on expertise in custom PCB design, hydraulics, pneumatics, machining, and injection molding, taking a practical, solution-focused approach to a wide range of engineering challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys scuba diving, fishing, camping, and building home automation projects.
Lukas Masssier
Co-Founder & COO
Lukas has 20 years of experience in industrial sales and service, with extensive experience as a project manager facilitating both industrial and governmental contracts. He has collaborated with thousands of manufacturing customers and suppliers across nearly every time zone worldwide. Lukas has consistently been hands-on with design, engineering, manufacturing, service, and marketing, giving him a strong practical understanding of each area and the ability to support projects from concept to completion. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening, landscaping, playing disc golf, and spending time with friends and family.
Joe McCullough
Co-Founder & CMO
Joe brings over 35 years of experience in industrial automation. He is a Master Tool and Die Maker and a licensed Master Electrician with experience in both commercial and industrial environments. His background includes CNC machine tool troubleshooting and repair, building industrial control panels, and the design and construction of large custom manufacturing equipment and complex robotic cells, with a strong emphasis on reliability, safety, and long-term performance. Outside of work, Joe enjoys camping and spending time with his family.
